We found Nexcar by chance by asking Google for car sales places and found the perfect first car for my daughter to learn in! Both Andy and Nathan were very helpful, gave us plenty of time to look at the car with no pressure. 12 months warranty and breakdown included, fantastic! To say I am a difficult customer, is an understatement, I hate changing my car but I knew i needed to get a newer one with less mileage. Nathan was patient and very reassuring. Recently bought a Ford Fiesta from this garage and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish.
I originally went to view a different car, but this one caught my eye, it was spotless, had a solid MOT history, and came with a full service history too. I visited a few times: first for a viewing, then a test drive, and finally to make the purchase. I dealt with Nathan each time, who was absolutely brilliant, never pushy and made the whole process easy.

I part-exchanged my old car for a fair price, which was immediately taken off the cost of the new one. The buying process couldn't have been smoother, Nathan handled everything, including sorting the tax, and I received my V5 and tax refund this morning.

It also came with 12 months' warranty, which is great for peace of mind.
Would definitely recommend this garage, genuinely great service!

Amazing experience, wasn't pushy when browsing at the cars, very helpful, test drove 2 cars and decided to purchase a Citroen DS3 which I picked up this morning, the car came with a fresh MOT and Service and had been valeted inside and out on collection. The car also came with 12months warranty and 12 months breakdown cover, which was all ready for me. Also sorted my tax out there and then on the computer. I Will definitely be going there again and would highly recommend them.

Found our daughter's first car here. Professional service from the minute we arrived. Car was great, nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. Finance was available, and fast. Slight issue with car, but Nex Car resolved really quickly and professionally. Car returned to main dealer and 12 month warranty covered payment. Also came with 12 months recovery, saving the extra expense of RAC or AA. Salesmen not pushy and provided a comfortable environment for us all. Would definitely go back, when looking again.

A very pleasant experience. We just purchased a car from NexCar and it's a lovely little place that deserves some credit.

Thankfully, there were no high pressure salesmen roaming around and pushing sales, which is always off-putting.

I have to say, we found Nathan to be really personable and friendly, we didnt feel like he was just 'selling a car', he told us all the pros and cons, he gave us all the details of,the history and stood back while we made our decision.

Nexcar has amazing service and customer care! My daughter's first car which she saved for a long time, broke down shortly after buying it although it had a full service and MOT just before she bought it , it was something to do with the oil which was unforeseen and It needed some work done to it concerning the wet belt.
Nathan the owner of nexcar paid for all the work to be done at a local garage! We were so relieved the work has been done and paid for , I highly recommend nexcar garage

Good experience dealing with Nathan. We explained what we were looking for and he had it. We had planned to visit a few car sales dealers but it was not necessary. The car we bought is just what we needed and at a fair market price, ready to drive away, which is what we did. Nathan sorted tax and DVLA stuff out. I sorted insurance and we drove away. After giving it a run we are very pleased and everything works well. Cruise control, phone pairing etc. Would deal with him again.
